Sarah Stroik is a paralegal with the Fuhrman & Dodge team. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from UW-Madison in 2000, and worked in sales support, recruiting, and human resources prior to earning her post-baccalaureate paralegal certificate from Madison College’s American Bar Association accredited paralegal program. Sarah is a member of Lambda Epsilon Chi, the National Paralegal Honor Society. As a paralegal, Sarah assists attorneys in the areas of employment law, bankruptcy, and business and civil litigation, especially landlord-tenant disputes, trusts and estates disputes, and real estate disputes. She provides valuable support to attorneys through legal research, document drafting, discovery compilation and analysis, file management, and scheduling, and is also a valuable co-strategist as attorneys prepare for depositions and trials. Sarah assists attorneys during complex civil trials through exhibit preparation and in-court exhibit presentation. She is familiar with civil procedure at all levels of Wisconsin’s state and federal court systems and has experience with the Illinois state and federal court system as well. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys going fishing, motorcycle rides, and taking naps.
