Margaret (Maggie) Brown handles all things estate and trust planning for clients from all walks of life.  Her practice includes probate, revocable trusts, special needs trusts, irrevocable trusts, asset administration, charitable organizations, and tax planning.

Maggie meets with clients to design estate plans tailored specifically for them and their families to protect and establish their legacies.  Maggie has a wide range of experience in estate planning matters, including simple plans containing just wills and powers of attorney, more complex plans using revocable trusts, specialized plans with special or supplemental needs trusts for folks with disabilities or chronic illnesses, and advanced plans using irrevocable trusts, charitable foundations, and family business entities to manage business succession planning and estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax concerns.

If your loved one has recently passed away, Maggie will lead you through the probate or estate administration process with kindness and compassion to ensure their legacy lives on.  Her practice includes basic probates, post-death trust administration, and complex lifetime trust administration, depending on her client’s needs.

Maggie also assists clients with their beneficiary designations, prenuptial agreements, post-nuptial or marital property agreements, cohabitation and co-tenancy agreements, residential real estate transactions, charitable organizations, nonprofits, and other basic business matters.

She graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2019.  Before joining the firm, she clerked for a federal judge and worked in private practice handling any and all trust and estate planning and administration matters.
