Mark has maintained a general transactional practice in Wisconsin since 1994. The majority of his practice concentrates in the areas of estate planning (wills, trusts & estates), probate and business law. Mark works with clients to develop creative estate plans that address each client’s unique planning goals. He accomplishes this through the skillful use of wills, trusts, marital property agreements, contractual assets, cohabitation agreements, buy-sell agreements, powers of attorney, and other planning instruments. Upon a client’s passing, Mark continues working with that client’s estate, heirs, and trusts to ensure the client’s plans and wishes are followed. In the commercial context, Mark assists business clients in a broad variety of matters including business organization, mergers and acquisitions, owner disputes, debt and equity financing, taxation, collection, employment matters, contracts and contractual disputes, real estate transactions, and business succession planning.
